Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people aged 18 and over who complete our online registration.
2. Employees and contractors of Rubix and their family members, and anyone else connected with the running of the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. Those completing the online registration will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions in connection with the Prize Draw, please email us marketing.uk@rubix.com with the name 12 Days in the subject line. The prize draw is free to enter.
5. Rubix accepts no responsibility for entries that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry will not be considered as proof of receipt.
6. The closing date and closing time of the Prize Draw will be specified on the website. Entries received after this time will not be included.
7. Winner(s) will be chosen at random. The draw will take place on Tuesday 6th December at 10am.
8. The winners will each receive the prize specified within the communication.
9. The winners will be notified by email or telephone within a month after the prize draw is held. If a winner does not respond to Rubix within 14 days of being notified by Rubix, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Rubix shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Rubix shall be entitled to select another winner.
10. The prize will be sent to the winner by post.
11. The name and country of the winner can be obtained by sending an email to the following address: marketing.uk@rubix.com. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
12. Rubix retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value if the original prize offered is not available.
13. Rubix shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be read here and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined above.
14. Rubix accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Rubix further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
15. Rubix reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
16. The decision of Rubix in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The Prize draw is run by Rubix U.K. Limited, with its registered office at Dakota House, Concord Business Park, Manchester M22 0RR.
